We will customise a unique package for you. What we mean is we will identify the products you buy most often for your company and provide you with a unique price list to make the ordering process a lot simpler.

We will also produce just 1 invoice per month per customer, clearly detailing, day by day or week by week the orders we have delivered to save on paper. We can also email invoices.

We are based in BS1 (Farr's Lane - Adjacent to Jury's Hotel)

You can be guaranteed of a quick delivery. If it's local and it's small, we will deliver by bicycle, if it's larger, we'll use a van. If the delivery is further a field, we'll use a courier as the driver is probably going your way anyway.

Deliveries are FREE within Bristol Bath (carriage costs may apply on small orders outside these areas. We will advise you when we confirm your order)

Recycling

We will take care of some of your recycling requirements. Currently we collect Batteries, Paper & Cardboard, Printer Cartridges, Computers & Equipment, Office Furniture. As we make deliveries in the Bristol and Bath area we will collect any items you need recycling at that time. Please note some items maybe chargeable, eg. Electrical goods. We will advise.

If you want to arrange with us a collection only, there will be a small additional charge to cover transport costs which we will advise.

At Kind Office we are looking out for the 3'R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and although it seems we can't achieve much on an individual basis, collectively we can make a big difference to reducing our carbon footprints and we actually become greener without even realising it.

Who else Benefits?

If we are able to collect simple items, such as batteries, mobile phones or printer cartridges from you along the way as we go about our business, we will give these items to worthy charities who can convert these valuable resources into cash for their own projects.
